4-WEEK TRIAL
The 4-Week Trial Program is designed for ambitious players who want a focused and efficient pathway into European football.
The final two weeks are dedicated for trials with a professional club giving players the opportunity to showcase their abilities in front of European clubs. This program is ideal for players who are already at a good level and are ready to test themselves in a competitive professional environment.
The first two weeks consist of intensive professional training aimed at improving fitness, under UEFA-licensed coaches. Players are prepared to meet European football standards through high-intensity sessions and structured development.
4-Week Professional Training & Trial Schedule
- Weeks 1–2: Preparation Phase – UEFA licensed coaches will asess and prepare the player for trial.
- Weeks 3–4: Trial Phase – Player will attend the trial with a professional club to showcase their skills and earn opportunities.
8-WEEK MULTI-CLUB TRIAL PROGRAM
The 8-Week Multi-Club Trial Program is designed for ambitious players aged 18–23 who want to experience professional football in Europe and maximize their chances of securing a club contract.
Players will spend the first four weeks building professional-level fitness and match readiness, followed by friendly matches and initial trials with clubs during weeks five and six. In the final two weeks, additional trials are arranged with multiple clubs for players who were not selected initially, ensuring that every player has a fair opportunity to impress.
8-Week Multi-Club Trial Program Schedule
- Weeks 1–4: Professional football fitness and conditioning, preparing players for trials
- Weeks 4–6: Friendly matches and initial trials with clubs
- Weeks 6–8: Multiple trials with different clubs for players who are not selected in initial trials
EUROPEAN CLUB PLACEMENT
Duration: 5 Months
The European Club Placement Program is designed for players who are ready to skip trials and integrate directly into a European club environment.
Selected players are placed with a semi-professional or professional club for a period of up to five months, training daily with the team and adapting to European football standards. During this period, players are continuously evaluated by the club’s coaching staff.
If a player demonstrates the required quality, professionalism, and consistency, the club may offer:
- Continued registration
- Contract extension
- Professional or semi-professional agreement
Placements are managed transparently by Varghese Jayan, FIFA Licensed Agent and Director of Balkan International Football Academy, based on the player’s level, eligibility, and club requirements.
