Luke Mbewe, a 21-year-old central defender from South Africa, was identified by our academy during his time with the Stellenbosch FC reserve team. Our scouting team closely followed his development and recognized his physical presence, defensive intelligence, and strong potential to adapt to European football.
Seeing his qualities and mindset, we believed Luke was ready for the next step beyond reserve-level football.
After identifying Luke’s potential, our agency facilitated his move to Bosnia and Herzegovina, providing him with a structured pathway into European football. We managed the process end-to-end — from opportunity creation and club placement to adaptation support.
Luke joined FK Alfa Modriča, a competitive environment ideal for young international players aiming to establish themselves in Europe.
Luke represented FK Alfa Modriča from September 2026 to November 2026, gaining valuable first-team experience in Bosnian football. In just three months, he adapted quickly to the physicality, tactical demands, and intensity of European matches. His performances strengthened the team’s defense and demonstrated his readiness for a higher competitive level.

Luke’s rapid development did not go unnoticed. After only three months of consistent performances, he was invited for a trial by FK Laktaši AdmiralBet, a club competing in the Bosnian Second Tier. This opportunity marked an important milestone, confirming that his move to Bosnia was a strategic step forward in his professional career.
Luke Mbewe’s journey reflects our Academy's core philosophy:
We don’t just move players — we build careers through the right environments and opportunities.

Luke Mbewe continues to attract strong interest within Bosnia and Herzegovina. Following his performances in Bosnian football, multiple clubs from Bosnia and Herzegovina have expressed interest in the 21-year-old central defender.
